Cotton Pastries

This recipe is good for any kind of pastries. You can fill them with anything like cheese, meat or even vegetables.
ingredients
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons Nido milk powder
3/4 cup of warm water
2 teaspoons of yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
for the filling:
1 tbsp labneh لبنه
6 oz Chicago cheese
6 oz Kashkaval cheese جبن قشقوان
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp dry mint, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp habat albaraka حبه البركه
egg mix:
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
Steps:
Mix dry ingredients: flour, salt, Nido and sugar
In a separate bowl Mix: water, yeast, 1 tsp sugar, Cover and let it ferment for a few minutes. Then transfer into dry ingredients bowl.
Add vegetable oil
Mix with electric mixer for about 3 minutes on medium speed, or by hand
Add a little bit of flour if needed, dough should be slightly sticky
Brush with oil let it sit for 45 minutes to rise
Once ready, punch the dough in the middle, and knead for about 10 times and then use
mix filling ingredients together in a bowl
divide dough into 12 2 inch balls, flatten with a rolling pin into an oval shape, add 1 tbsp of filling and close from sides
brush with the egg mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired
