Fruit Bowl

Fruits are nature’s natural candy! They are the best source of natural sugar and carbohydrates. This dish can be made using any fruit you have on hand! One serving of this bowl is an excellent source of vitamin C and a good source of vitamin A and calcium.

ingredients

1 cup chopped strawberries

1 cup chopped mangoes

1 cup chopped bananas

1/2 cup blueberries

1 cup organic mango juice

1 tsp rose water

2 tbsp pistachios for garnish

Steps

  1. mix all ingredients in a large bowl

  2. Divide into 3 smaller bowls for serving, garnish with pistachios if desired
