Lentil Taboule
This taboule recipe has gotten a new “twist”! I added lentils to increase the protein content and grapes for a kick of sweetness!
This super nutritious bowl will definitely become one of your favorites! Only one serving contains 16 g of fiber and 13 g of proteins!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chopped parsley
3/4 cup grape tomatoes
1/2 cup grapes
1 green scallion
1/2 cup cucumbers
1/2 brown lentils
1/2 cup medium burghul
for the dressing:
2 lime’s juice
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp pomegranate molasses
salt to taste
Steps
wash and chop fresh ingredients
cook lentils according to the instructions
cook burghul according to the instructions
combine all into a bowl and coat with dressing
