Lentil Taboule

This taboule recipe has gotten a new “twist”! I added lentils to increase the protein content and grapes for a kick of sweetness!
This super nutritious bowl will definitely become one of your favorites! Only one serving contains 16 g of fiber and 13 g of proteins!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups chopped parsley

3/4 cup grape tomatoes

1/2 cup grapes

1 green scallion

1/2 cup cucumbers

1/2 brown lentils

1/2 cup medium burghul

for the dressing:

2 lime’s juice

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp pomegranate molasses

salt to taste

Steps

  1. wash and chop fresh ingredients

  2. cook lentils according to the instructions

  3. cook burghul according to the instructions

  4. combine all into a bowl and coat with dressing
