Coconut Mango Smoothie

There is nothing better than a cold and nutritious cup of smoothie on a hot summer day!
This fat free blend will keep you hydrated and full for a long time. Only one cup is an excellent source of vitamin C, A and calcium.

Ingredients

2 cups fat free milk

1 1/2 cup fat free Greek yogurt

3 cups frozen mango chunks

1/2 cup water

1 cup ice

1/4 cup organic maple syrup

coconut flakes for drizzle

Steps

  1. Slightly defrost mango chunks in a microwave safe bowl

  2. mix all ingredients in a blender till well combined

  3. top with coconut flakes if desired
