Oat Peach Crumble

This delicate and delicious dessert will melt in your mouth! Using simple and wholesome ingredients to create a healthier version of a peach pie, one bite and it’ll get you smiling with joy!

Ingredients

  • For the topping:

  • 2/3 cup flour almond flour 

  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/3 cup oats 

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • For the Base:

  • 5 peaches , cut into slices (you may used canned peaches instead)

  • 1/4 cup organic maple syrup 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • 1/2 tsp salt

    Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 

  • Mix all topping ingredients in a bowl 

  • Spray a non stick oven pan with a non stick spray and Mix all crisp ingredients in it 

  • Cover the peach mix with the topping 

  • Bake for 45 minutes until bottom is bubbly and top is nice and gold 

  • note: if using canned peaches, you will bake it for less time because peaches are already soft.
