Tazziki Dip

This easy and flavorful yogurt dip is a perfect compliment to many dishes! Choose fat free or low fat dairy products to help reduce your fat intake and lower calories.

Ingredients

1 cup finely chopped cucumbers

1 cup fat free plain yogurt

1 cup light Labneh

1 garlic cloves minced

1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp dry mint

2 tbsp of water

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth

  2. serve with meat, poultry, crackers or fresh vegetables!
