Peanut Butter Oatmeal Pancakes

This recipe is by far the fluffiest and most delicious pancake recipes I have ever came up with! I used the original Betty Crocker’s Pancake Mix and added a few tweaks that resulted in yummy goodness!

Ingredients

2 cups Betty Crocker’s Pancake mix

1/4 cup oatmeal

2 TBSP vegetable oil

1 tsp melted butter

1 tsp vanilla powder

2 cups milk + splash of water if needed

1 egg

Steps

  1. add all ingredients in a bowl, mix !

  2. add a splash of water ( 1 TBSP) if mixture has thickened; batter should be in a thick fluid consistency.

  3. pan fry on a nonstick pan (no oil or butter needed).

  4. spread a tsp of peanut butter between layers, drizzle with your favorite syrup, and pair with fruits.
