Sugar Free Brownie Bites

Who doesn’t love brownies?! This recipe is for someone who is trying to controle their added sugar, carbohydrate, or saturated fat intake. An Absolute win win!

Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour

3/4 cup unsweetened coco powder

3/4 cup Truvia Baking Blend

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup vegetable oil

2 tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 eggs

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F

  2. in a bowl mix dry ingredients together

  3. in a separate bowl mix sugar and oil together until well combined

  4. add dry mix into wet mix in batches alternating with eggs One at a time

  5. add vanilla and milk, mix

  6. pour into baking pan and bake for 17 minutes or until toothpick inserted and comes out clean (some crumb is perfect!)
