Mediterranean Quinoa Bowl

Ingredients
3/4 cup quinoa
2 tbsp kalamata olives
1 cup spinach, chopped
2 oz feta cheese
6 oz. cooked grilled chicken kabob
Dressing:
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp pomegranate molasses
1/2 tsp sumac
1 lime juice
salt & pepper to taste
