Bluenu’s Signature Jam

Making your own homemade jam is not only easy, but also contains way much less preservatives and sugar than market brands!
You can use any fresh berries you have for this recipe!

Ingredients:

2 cups organic blueberries

3/4 cup water

1 tbsp organic maple syrup

dash of salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp fresh squeezed orange juice

1 tsp pectin powder (for jelling)

Steps:

  1. put all ingredients in a sauce pan, except pectin, I used my nonstick 360cookeare sauce pan

  2. bring to a boil, then reduce heat and add pectin

  3. let it simmer until it thickens

  4. pour into an air tight container and put it in the fridge. jam will thicken when cooled
