One bell pepper cored and sliced
One onion sliced
for the marinade: 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika, 3/4 of a teaspoon of fenugreek powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon of fajita seasoning, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons orange juice, 2 tablespoons low sodium chicken broth
steps
