Ingredients
1 cup kidney beans (canned)
1 cup sweet corn (canned)
1 cup tomatoes
1 cup cucumbers
1 cup carrots
2 cups iceberg and lettuce mix
for dressing:
1 lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
Salt & pepper to taste
Steps
Wash and drain canned products
wash all vegetables and chop them
mix dressing ingredients with a whisk
toss all ingredients and coat with dressing
