Homemade Burgers

Ingredients
1 pound 93% lean ground beef
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
4 whole wheat burger buns
Steps
Mix all ingredients and form into uniform patties
freeze or store for when ready to use
Tip
I like to brush my burgers with an onion chopped dipped Into water, ketchup and little oil to keep them moist after cooking!
