Homemade Burgers

Making homemade burgers could not get any easier! The benefits of making your own burgers is that you will ensure less fat and added preservatives Into your patties! You can pre-make and freeze them for when you need them.

Ingredients

1 pound 93% lean ground beef

2 tsp paprika

2 tsp garlic powder

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

4 whole wheat burger buns

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients and form into uniform patties

  2. freeze or store for when ready to use

Tip

I like to brush my burgers with an onion chopped dipped Into water, ketchup and little oil to keep them moist after cooking!
