Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet potatoes are one of my favorite complex carbohydrate sources to go to! One potato is an excellent source of vitamin A, and a good source of vitamin B-6. In addition to many other minerals and natural antioxidants. This recipe shows you an easy and healthy way to make this delicious side that pairs well with anything!

Ingredients

2 sweet potatoes

Zero calorie non stick spray

1/2 tsp of each: garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper

parsley for garnish

Steps

  1. turn oven to 400 F

  2. cut potatoes into strips and season with spices

  3. spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and spread fries in one layer

  4. bake until crispy or for about 15 minutes

  5. garnish with parsley
