Avocados are one of the most nutritious foods out there! Only one cup of them is an excellent source of vitamin B-6 and C. It’s also loaded with fiber and healthy unsaturated fats!

To make this easy guacamole, you need:

1 avocado

1/2 lime juice

1/3 cup chopped tomatoes

1/3 cup chopped red onions

cilantro for garnish

salt & pepper to taste

  1. mash avocado and add ingredients in a bowl
