Easy Bake Salmon

Salmon is by far one of my favorite proteins to go to! It’s a great source of protein and B vitamins. It is also high in heart healthy fat omega-3 which have been found to be linked to many health benefits.
This easy one sheet bake pan will make you Love eating salmon more often!

Ingredients

2 cups green beans

2 salmon fillets, 4 oz. each

spices: 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp olive oil

Steps

  1. mix all spices in a bowl until well combined

  2. coat salmon fillets with marinade, place in a baking sheet pan along with green beans

  3. bake for 17 minutes or until flesh is flaky
