Green Beans Casserole

This easy green beans casserole is a perfect mix of nutritious and delicious! Green beans are a great source of vitamin c and fiber. Using whole Wheat pasta in this dish will add more fiber and density.
ingredients:

1.5 cup of green beans (I like to use frozen precut beans)

2 cups of whole wheat pasta

1 cup lean ground beef cooked as desired

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp ketchup

1/2 cup low fat Mexican cheese

steps:

  1. Cook pasta according to the box

  2. cook ground beef as desired

  3. mix all ingredients together in an oven safe dish and sprinkle with cheese

  4. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes of until top is golden

  5. serve warm
