Baked Chicken Kababs
One of the easiest and healthiest ways to cook chicken is by baking it. Marinating poultry helps infuse it with flavor and allows it to retain it’s own juices, which makes it tender and delicious!
This recipe is great for meal preps and can be used in many dishes through the week!
Ingredients
2 pounds of chicken tenders or breast cut into 2 inch cubes
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp coriander
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp sumac powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp plain yogurt
Steps
mix all ingredients together to form a paste and then mix in chicken
let is marinate for at least an hour or overnight (in the fridge)!
Assemble in skewers and bake on 350 F for about 17 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 F
