Chicken Kabab with Mango Avocado salad

This recipe is full of flavor which combines both sweet and salty tastes

Ingredients: 

1 lbs chicken breast 

1/2 cup yellow pepper 

1/4 red onion 

1/2 cup mango 

1/2 cup avocado 

1 tomato 

1/2 lime 

Steps

1. Marinate the chicken for at least an hour in: 

1 tsp paprika 

1 tsp coriander 

1 tsp pepper 

1 tsp tumeric 

1 tsp dry basil 

1 1/2 tsp salt 

1 tbsp of tomato paste

2 tbsp of mayo 

1 tbsp oil 

2. Bake in the oven on 355 degrees F for 30 minutes 

3. For the salad: 

Chop all ingredients into small pieces 

Add: 

1/2 tsp dry mint 

2 tsp olive oil 

1/2 lime juice

Salt & pepper to taste

Recipe makes 4 servings of chicken (3 oz cooked each) 

2 servings of salad (1 cup each)
