Roasted Pepper Hummus
Easy light hummus. High in protein and fiber
Ingredients
2 cans garbanzo beans (chickpeas) washed and drained
2 garlic cloves
2 small peppers/ or half a large red or orange pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
Half a teaspoon pepper
steps
roast pepper in the oven till forms a crust
peel dark parts then wash with cold water
wash and drain chickpea then add in a food processor with other ingredients
mix till smooth, add a splash of water if needed
