Easy Shakshuka

This easy and nutritious breakfast will keep you up and going!! You only need a few ingredients to make this!

Ingredients

1 tomato

1 cup chopped bell peppers (any color)

4 eggs

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

A pinch of parsley and green onions for garnish

salt, pepper, red pepper flakes to taste

Steps

  1. heat oil in a pan, add onion and peppers and sauté till half way softened

  2. Add tomato and mix

  3. add eggs one at a time (do not mix)

  4. Lower heat to low, cover and let it cook

  5. garnish with parsley, green onions, salt pepper and red pepper flakes if desired
