RIP Yogurt Cups

Many yogurts on the market are packed with added sugar and artificial colors! 

In this dessert I used non-fat plain yogurt and I sweetened it with organic agave nectar. I finished it with some chocolate sprinkles and a cookie for decoration (absolutely edible) !

Ingredients:


8 cups of plain non sweetened yogurt

2 tablespoons agave nectar

12 tsp chocolate sprinkles

12 briscoff cookies

Steps:

  1. in a mixing bowl add yogurt and agave nectar and mix to well combined

  2. pour evenly in 12 serving cups sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon of chocolate sprinkles, and top off with a cookie

Yields 12 servings, each serving contains :

15 g carbs 

16 g proteins 

1 g fat
