One Sheet Tacos

What could be an easier way to make your dinner in one sheet pan! This easy and quick recipe will top off your list for it’s ZERO NET carbs and HIGH protein and fiber content!

Ingredients:

1 1/4 lbs chicken breasts

4 Carb Balance Tacos

2 cups sliced bell peppers

1/2 cup sliced onion

1 tbsp olive oil

Spices: 2 tsps of any available taco spice

Steps

  1. place chicken, sliced peppers, & onions on a baking sheet pan

  2. coat chicken with spice, drizzle olive oil on chicken and veggies

  3. bake on 350 F for about 15 minutes or until internal temperature for chicken reaches 165 F
