Tuna Salad

Bringing the classic tuna salad back with a twist. This recipe is High in protein, low in fat and carbs.

Ingredients 

4 ounces can of tuna

1 tablespoon of light mayo 

2 tbsp of chopped green pepper

2 tbsp of shredded carrots

1/2 tsp of paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

For the side: 

1/2 cup sliced pineapple

2 butter head lettuce 

1 whole wheat/ grain toast 

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl 

  2. Place sides on the plate
